MANAGING HEALTHY WEIGHT DURING THE HOLIDAYS.
We are heading into the season of lots of food + festivities and with that can come with extra consumption of food. One of the biggest tips to help with eating less of the things we may regret later is:
Eat a breakfast full of protein to start your blood sugar health on the right track.
Examples:
1. Eggs your style +/or sausage in a bowl
2. Burritos filled with eggs + other protein choices
3. Avocado toast with a fried egg on top
4. Greek yogurt
5. Shake with scoop of favorite protein
