Easiest, homemade gluten free chicken nuggets in 20 minutes or less.
Have you ever wanted to make homemade chicken nuggets (or looked at the back of the bags and thought, there should be less ingredients)? This is the recipe for you.
Need 1 cutting board and 2 bowls.
In 1st bowl, crack 2 eggs and scramble with fork.
In 2nd bowl, place mound of almond flour and then your favorite seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, etc).
Cut organic chicken tenders/breast into the size of choice.
Dip pieces of chicken into egg.
Cover with almond flour and place in air fryer (or pan sheet for oven).
450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or thoroughly cooked.
Pair with your favorite dipping sauce. Our boys love honey mustard as their top choice.
