Rachel Gabsi

Massage Therapist

Rachel Gabsi has been a massage therapist that has been specializing in women for the last 18 years.

Rachel Gabsi is a mother to Aziz, age 11. Before her own motherhood journey began, she knew that she wanted to specialize and take care of expecting and newly postpartum women.

She completed massage therapy school in 2002. During the process of achieving her massage therapy license, she also completed an additional 100 hours in medical massage training.

Pregnancy Massage Certification was always on the list of “nexts” for Rachel. With all of the expecting women she had taken care of during their pregnancy, there was a big demand for continued massage therapy care in their postpartum phase of motherhood. Therefore, Rachel completed the training to become not only Postpartum Massage Certified but also Labor Massage Certified as well.

Fueling her passion for taking care of women that were pregnant either for their first time or subsequent pregnancy, she became certified by Mother Me Doulas as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Anyone that has been around the birthing circle in the Fort Worth and North Texas area knows that sometimes birth happens vaginally and sometimes medical intervention is necessary for a cesarean birth. She is fully trained and knowledgeable to help women on their path of healing after they have given birth in both situations.

After joining forces with The Chiropractic Place for Mommy and Me, she has since continued to expand her knowledge and services for helping families as they grow. Using therapeutic grade essential oils with doTERRA to help boost the immune system and improve circulation, she is a Certified AromaTouch Massage Therapist. She is also Certified in Body Unwinding, which is a 100-hour certification course taught by Dr. Carol Phillips which integrates myofascial release + craniosacral therapy + fascia release + body balancing in 2018. The start of 2019 has already propelled Rachel in learning Neurosensorimotor Primitive Reflex Integration work helping children that are developmentally delayed or struggling with sensory processing disorders. Rachel has been a huge part of rounding out our services here in Aledo, Texas.

Her hands are heavenly and her abounding knowledge in the body makes her perfect for any woman that is either planning to become pregnant, expecting a baby, postpartum, or a grandmother that just knows self-care is health-care and much deserved and needed in this fast-paced world.
