Dr. Kayla Ahlfinger

Chiropractor

Dr. Kayla has previously worked in private practice in Arlington and then for AIRROSTI in Lubbock before recently moving back to the area.

Dr. Kayla Ahlfinger grew up just one hour northwest of Lubbock in a small town called Muleshoe. After high school, she went down south to College Station to attend Texas A&M University. She received her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science, and a minor in Business at A&M. After a few life detours, she made her way to Parker College of Chiropractic to get her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Her life was changed by chiropractic and discovered that it was her calling to become a Chiropractor herself.

She had a previous family wellness chiropractic practice for 3 years in Arlington, TX, but she moved back to West Texas for a couple of years after she had her first son to be closer to family. She is knowledgeable in high-quality nutrition, exercise, and prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. She is also certified in Webster’s technique through the ICPA. While in Lubbock, she worked as an Airrosti Certified Provider and focused more on correcting soft tissue injuries using manual therapy, chiropractic, and active rehab exercises. Through Airrosti, she learned the importance of functional exercise and active rehab to correct many of the postural alterations we are suffering from today. She personally struggled mentally & physically getting back to the gym after her first baby, but the Airrosti model helped her get back to exercising, specifically CrossFit & running.

Dr. Kayla recently moved back to the Ft. Worth area, and just had her second son this past December. She has a variety of experience with getting families healthy and thriving, and she cannot wait to help the families in the surrounding Aledo community.
